A very 'user friendly' martial art. The style we teach incorporates elements of Muay Thai Kickboxing which involves striking with elbows and knees; Kickboxing techniques such as kicks, punches and blocks and Goshin Jiu Jitsu which is an effective form of street defence that does not rely on strength.
 
This is an effective and easy-to-learn form of self defence which is effective in the ring and useful on the street.
 
During a class you can expect to cover all elements as described above as well as fitness and body conditioning. We find it a more interesting way of getting fit.
 
As with all our martial arts adults and children are taught separately.
