On arrival at the club, make your way to the back of  the clubhouse. You will see a sign saying 'Club Office'. Turn left and go through the green door. We are the 2nd room on the right. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class.

*If it is your first session, please arrive 10 minutes early to sign-in and complete a medical form. You can download the form here.
 
*Make sure you wear comfortable clothes such as a t-shirt and tracksuit bottoms with no zips. Bring plenty of water!
 
*There are refreshments available at Loddon Valley and St Crispin's.
 
*Parents are welcome to stay and watch or return at the end of the session.
 
*We accept cash or cheque payments; please make sure you are able to pay before the class starts or you will not be able to participate.
