Kung Fu can be described as the 'thinking-man's' martial art. Patterns of movements based on animal fighting styles (Snake, Tiger, Crane, Leopard & Mantis) are taught to deal with multiple attacks from all directions.
Kung Fu has all the components of Kick Boxing (boxing & kicking, pad work drills, fitness & sparring) but is called San Shou which is similar to MMA without as much time spent on the ground and with differences in delivery of technique.
Chin Nai has same concepts of Jiu Jitsu self defence escaping grabs, applying locks and joint attacks.
