• Contact name, number of family member / guardian if under 18 years on Medical Form and Disclaimer
• On class Registration form if under 18 and above contact name and number of guardian or family member or friend (This is held in case of fire evacuation or if the attending student gets injured or passes out).
• Cookies and Usage Data
• Photography and video for use on Facebook and TMAS promotional materials e.g. banner stands, posters, flyers, website & Whatsapp and e-shots.

• You directly (e.g. from information which you provide to us in forms, documents and correspondence)

• Publicly available registers (e.g. the electoral roll and Companies House)

Hard copies of Medical Disclaimer forms and Membership forms are kept at TMAS address under lock and key and once our new website is live the information will be saved on a secure server.

The information is used to create reports about the use of our website.
